We implemented our flagship “Te Escuchamos” (We Hear You) program, aimed at putting the customer's voice at the heart of the organization, in everyday conversations, in the decisions we make, and as a strategic indicator of major initiatives such as the redesign of the office network. The sole indicator of the program is the NPS (Net Promoter Score), because of its high correlation with loyalty.
